We’re seeking a
highly organised, proactive, and people-focused Recruitment & Workforce Coordinator to join our growing team. In this dynamic role, you’ll play a pivotal part in shaping and deploying our labour workforce across multiple high-impact projects. You’ll lead recruitment efforts, coordinate personnel deployment, and ensure seamless workforce planning in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Sourcing
- Proactively source, screen, and recruit skilled CIS workforce professionals to meet ongoing project demands.
- Utilise an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to streamline and manage end-to-end recruitment workflows.
Workforce Coordination
- Strategically deploy workers across projects to maximise efficiency and meet project timelines.
- Respond quickly to last-minute changes and redeployments with confidence and clarity.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain positive relationships with workers, promoting engagement and satisfaction across all teams.
- Act as a key liaison between project managers, internal teams, and external labour resources.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure all activities adhere to relevant CIS regulations and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment, deployment, and workforce metrics.
Process Improvement
- Continuously assess and improve workforce management processes for greater agility and effectiveness.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in recruitment, workforce coordination, or a related role—ideally within the construction, infrastructure, or similar sector.
- Solid understanding of CIS workforce regulations (preferred but not essential).
- Exceptional organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Resilience under pressure and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
- Proficiency in workforce management platforms and ATS tools.
- A flexible, can-do attitude with a passion for keeping projects running smoothly.
