What can you expect from the role?

Hands on as a 360 recruiter, developing your own desk
Joining a team with warm patches and clients
Search for and identify top candidates using our CRM, LinkedIn, job boards and your own professional network
Create exciting job adverts for client vacancies
Qualify candidates via video and telephone
Facilitate negotiations between clients and candidates
Manage the full client and candidate process from CV introduction through to job offer
Leverage social media to develop your own personal brand

What are we looking for from you?

Recruitment or sales experience (preferred)
Self-starter, determined, and driven to succeed
A natural rapport builder who can develop solid relationships
Solutions-focused and curious
A passion for innovation and bringing ideas to the table
