Recruitment Consultant

Are you an experienced recruiter with a passion for connecting talented people with the right opportunities? We're looking for a driven and energetic Industrial/Driver Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team.

About the Role:

As an Industrial/Driver Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment cycle within the industrial sector, supporting clients across warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, and production. You'll build strong relationships, source quality candidates, and deliver outstanding service every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manage a portfolio of industrial clients, understanding their staffing needs

✅ Attract, source, and interview candidates for a variety of industrial roles

✅ Conduct site visits and maintain strong client relationships

✅ Manage temporary and permanent placements from start to finish

✅ Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company standards

✅ Work towards targets while maintaining excellent service levels

What We're Looking For:

✅ Previous experience in industrial or high-volume recruitment

✅ Strong communication and relationship-building skills

✅ Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

✅ A proactive approach with strong organisational skills

✅ Full UK driving licence (preferred but not always essential)
