Recruitment Consultant – Insurance specialist

What the role involves:

You’ll join our Insurance division, specialising in permanent recruitment across areas such as underwriting, claims, actuarial, broking, risk, and compliance. This is a full 360 recruitment role, giving you the chance to develop strong client relationships and connect them with outstanding talent across the market.

Who you are:

• 1–2 years of transferable experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.
• A natural communicator who can build strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Ambitious and hungry to learn, with the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptable and forward-thinking – you embrace change and see challenges as opportunities.
