What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing full 360 recruitment across finance and accounting roles
- Placing professionals from part-qualified to senior level
- Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Attending client meetings and industry events
- Collaborating across our specialist desks to maximise opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years of recruitment experience (finance/professional services ideal)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A confident self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-trust environment
- Interest in the insurance/finance sector and willingness to specialise
