360 Recruitment Consultant - Health & Social Care Recruitment

Office-Based Ealing, London | Full-Time | Permanent | Start Date: 1st July 2025

£35,000 + Commission | Quarterly & Annual Bonus | Business Car | Health Benefits


About the Role:

We are excited to be recruiting for a 360 Recruitment Consultant to join a brand-new health and social care recruitment venture, based in our new Ealing office. This is a key role for an experienced consultant ready to take the lead on high-value clients, mentor junior team members, and drive growth within a highly rewarding and essential sector. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong track record in health and social care recruitment who is ready to step up, take ownership, and be part of building something from the ground up.


Responsibilities:

  • Deliver full-cycle (360) recruitment within the health and social care sector
  • Manage and grow relationships with care providers, supported housing services, and public sector organisations
  • Drive new business development, lead generation, and account management
  • Source, screen, and place candidates across a variety of care settings
  • Provide support, mentoring, and leadership to junior consultants
  • Maintain high compliance standards (DBS checks, right to work, training, etc.)
  • Achieve and exceed billing targets while maintaining quality and integrity
  • Actively contribute to the growth strategy and culture of the new venture

Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years’ experience in 360 recruitment within health and social care

Required Skills:

  • Proven success in billing, client delivery, and building long-term partnerships
  • Ability to lead by example and motivate others
  • Excellent time management, communication, and negotiation skills
  • In-depth understanding of sector compliance (DBS, training, right to work, etc.)
  • Self-starter mindset with a desire to grow with the business
  • A collaborative, ethical, and people-first approach to recruitment


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in a similar role within the health and social care sector

Pay range and compensation package:

  • £35,000 base salary
  • Uncapped commission structure
  • Quarterly and annual bonuses
  • Business car and mileage support
