Recruitment Consultant

Hybrid - 3 days a week onsite

Office located near Liverpool Street

4.5 day work week

Competitive basic salary + uncapped commission (up to 42.5%)

The person:

This role is suited to a recruitment consultant who has experience in recruiting for contract positions in a 360 recruitment role.

• Clear and professional communication with clients and candidates
• Ideally you will have 3 years or more of recruitment experience on a contract desk
• We're looking for ambitious people who are motivated to succeed
• You want to be a part of a high performing agency that is culture lead and values every single member of the team
• Has the ability to learn quickly and identify opportunities to improve processes
