Leap29 is a global recruitment and workforce solutions partner based in Wilmslow. With over 25 years in business and a team of 50+, we support clients in engineering, oil and gas, renewable energy, technology, life sciences and construction.

The Role

• End-to-end candidate management for IT contract vacancies
• Sourcing, screening and qualifying candidates across the full IT stack (software development, infrastructure, cloud, data, cyber, DevOps, ERP, digital, etc.)
• Managing contractor pipelines in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Conducting detailed candidate interviews, technical discussions and availability checks

About You

• Previous experience in IT recruitment or IT resourcing
• Experience in contract recruitment experience within the UK market
• Strong understanding of IT terminology, technologies and job titles, enabling meaningful conversations with candidates
• Ability to work at pace and manage multiple live roles simultaneously
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Organised, resilient and delivery-focused mindset

Whilst prior recruitment experience is preferred, if you have experience in IT sales and are looking to move into a recruitment role, we will provide all the training needed.
