We’re looking for ambitious, driven, and people-focused individuals to join our growing team as Entry-Level 360 Contract Recruitment Consultants. You’ll be acting as a CRM Specialist within the Higher Education sector, focusing on some of the most in-demand platforms and technologies in the market today:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)
• Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)

You’ll be working with highly skilled professionals across technical support and user support functions, helping universities and institutions find the talent they need to transform their digital ecosystems and support them on their student lifecycle journey.

🌟 What You’ll Be Doing

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage the full recruitment cycle – from building client relationships to placing top talent. You’ll:

• Own and grow your specialist market within CRM & Higher Education
• Build strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Run a full 360 recruitment desk – sales, sourcing, and delivery
• Provide expert, specialist advice to candidates
• Develop and implement effective individual business and sales plans
• Facilitate the end-to-end recruitment process at an advanced level
• Consistently develop market intelligence and stay ahead of trends
• Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives and projects
