You’ll specialise in CRM talent within the Higher Education sector, working with some of the most in-demand platforms and technologies in the market today:

• 💻 Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)
• ⚡ Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)

You’ll help universities and institutions transform their digital ecosystems by connecting them with top-tier talent across technical and user support functions.

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage the full recruitment cycle:

🔹 Own and grow your specialist market in CRM & Higher Education

🔹 Build strong relationships with clients and candidates

🔹 Run a full 360 desk – sales, sourcing, and delivery

🔹 Provide expert advice and market insights

🔹 Develop and execute your own business and sales plans

🔹 Facilitate the end-to-end recruitment process

🔹 Stay ahead of trends with continuous market intelligence

🔹 Collaborate with leadership on strategic projects
