Pay Range

£26,000 - £30,000 plus uncapped bonus

Job Description

Are you looking for a rewarding career in recruitment, where you can make a positive difference in people’s lives and businesses? Do you have a passion for accountancy and finance, and a knack for finding the best talent in the market? If so, you might be the perfect fit for our Brighton office!

This desk will be managing temporary recruitment team, covering the accountancy market across Brighton.

You will be responsible for:

• Targeted business development, including making outbound calls to potential clients and building long-term relationships
• Attending meetings with business clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Sourcing suitable candidates for vacancies using various methods, such as advertising, networking, and referrals.
• Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients, providing excellent service and support throughout the recruitment process.
• Working to targets and KPIs, and reporting on your performance and progress.
