Your Role: We are recruiting for three of our main offices:

We have roles within various specialisms, including Business Support, Accountancy & Finance, and HR. You will specialise in recruiting for a diverse range of roles within your area of expertise. Our expertise spans various sectors, such as the private sector, local authorities, and charitable organisations. These roles offer you the chance to work with prestigious clients and distinguished professionals throughout London and its surrounding areas, helping you advance your career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full 360 Recruitment Process: From business development and client acquisition to job briefings, candidate sourcing, interviews, offer negotiations, and deal closures.
• Candidate Sourcing: Utilise job boards, referrals, and headhunting via platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, offering exceptional service and advice.
• Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
