Join Reed Cardiff as a Recruitment Consultant or Business Manager in our Accountancy and Finance division. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious professional either looking to step into their first management role or an experienced manager eager to further their career.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Drive business development activities to expand our client base and increase market penetration.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to closing placements.
• Lead and mentor a team of consultants, setting performance goals and providing training to enhance their skills and drive divisional success.
• Implement innovative strategies to attract top talent and maintain a robust candidate pipeline.
• Analyse market trends and collaborate with senior management to align strategies with business objectives.
• Ensure the highest levels of client and candidate service, upholding the Reed brand and its values.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally with a strong track record in the Accountancy and Finance sectors though we're happy to consider those looking to switch sectors.
• Experience in a management role or readiness to step into a managerial position.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to forge lasting relationships.
