We’re looking for experienced recruiters or B2B sales professionals who understand the nuances of this industry, whether your background is in rail, highways, transport, aviation, or infrastructure. If you have worked with Site Managers, Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, or Estimators, I'd love to connect.

This is a 360 contract recruitment role with full autonomy to build your desk, develop client relationships, and grow your market.

✅ 18+ months’ experience in recruitment or B2B sales with knowledge of the construction sector
