Recruitment Consultant - New York

Pearse Partners are growing our New York office and we're hiring Consultants through to Directors to be part of the team.

*Please note that this role will start in London initially before relocating to New York.

Over the past 7 years, Pearse Partners have become leaders across front office financial services, becoming trusted advisors to our candidates and clients across Investment Banking, Private Equity, Credit, ESG and Investor Relations. This is a new desk with the opportunity to capitalise on existing relationships, there's opportunity to move to New York within 6-12 months (visa dependent).

Responsibilities:

• Completing the full job life cycle, from initial briefing call through to salary negotiation
• Develop existing client relationships and actively business develop new relationships
• Actively source and identify top talent within your sector
• Network and build relationships with active and inactive candidates
• Work closely with the marketing team to help produce salary survey, white papers and other marketing material relevant to the market
• Become a champion in the market for Pearse Partners and the wider Pearse group

The successful consultant will have:

• Minimum 2 years recruitment or executive search experience
• Understanding of financial services market
• US market experience is advantageous
• Excellent written & verbal communication
• Ability to work East Coast US hours
