After 9 years, 3 offices, and explosive year-on-year growth (133% in 2024 alone), Forsyth Barnes is officially opening doors in Dubai this September – and we’re looking for our second hire on the ground.

This isn’t a “one foot in” test – we’ve already seen massive success in the region. Harry Freeman, our Associate Director (joined at 19, 5x promoted, 2x top biller), has spent the last 12 months building the UAE market and is now ready to launch full-throttle – with YOU as hire number one in Dubai.

We're looking for someone sharp, energetic, experienced in the local recruitment market, and ready to play a key role in building something big.

Requirement: Located in Dubai OR Relocator opportunity (but MUST be working the UAE marketing already.)

The Role:

Join Forsyth Barnes as a Recruitment Consultant in our Dubai team, working alongside Harry tapping into our booming global presence, particularly across the tech, digital & eTail spaces for brands such as Huda Beauty, Emirates, Chanel.

Responsibilities:

• Building client relationships, delivering on senior-level roles through cold & warm business development to maximise on business.
• Headhunt for executives in the market that are suitable for briefs set by some of the industry’s leading brands.
• Actively research the eTail market for industry news & up and coming innovations, whilst also gathering insights into active candidates and client hiring/projects.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years recruitment experience in UAE market
• Based in Dubai OR Open to relocation.
• Middle East / GCC market knowledge
• Strong phone skills – fearless, driven, persuasive
• A background in tech or tech sales is preferable
• Fluent English
