Location : This role is based in The Quadrant, Milton Keynes. For Quadrant:MK, you must live within 75 minutes from the office or be willing to self-relocate.
Band & Salary: Band 5 £26,936 - £31,080 per annum

Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for a proactive and well-organised
Recruitment Coordinator (Campaign Delivery Support) to support our busy and collaborative team. This is a predominantly administrative role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
You’ll need exceptional Microsoft Office skills and a keen eye for detail, as you’ll be managing key recruitment processes and documentation. Just as importantly, you’ll be passionate about delivering a positive and inclusive candidate experience, ensuring every interaction is handled with care and professionalism.

You’ll be joining a friendly and collaborative team of 15 professionals, working across Early Careers and Signalling. We’re passionate about delivering high-quality recruitment campaigns that support the development of future talent. With a strong focus on teamwork, inclusion and continuous improvement, we work closely with colleagues across the business to ensure every candidate has a positive and seamless experience.
What does the average day look like?
As a
Recruitment Coordinator ( Campaign Delivery Support) team member, your day will be varied, fast-paced and focused on ensuring the smooth running of apprentice and graduate recruitment campaigns. You’ll work closely with Resourcing Business Partners, scheme managers and internal clients to help define hiring needs for the year ahead, using your organisational skills to keep everything on track.
You’ll manage logistics for assessment centres, including calculating resource requirements, allocating assessors, and coordinating venues and facilities. You’ll prepare briefing packs and facilitate sessions to ensure assessors and support staff are fully equipped for the day.
Using your advanced Microsoft Office skills, you’ll liaise with HR administrators and internal stakeholders to maintain clear and effective communication throughout each campaign. You’ll also organise Meet & Engage sessions, monitor assessment outcomes, and schedule additional sessions where needed to meet recruitment targets.
Throughout, you’ll provide proactive and solution-focused support, helping to deliver a seamless and inclusive candidate journey from application through to onboarding. You’ll be a key part of a collaborative team, building strong relationships across the business to ensure every campaign is delivered professionally and efficiently.
Essential Criteria
- Experience of working as part of a team in a client-focused environment
- Experience of meeting challenging deadlines in a volume orientated resourcing/recruiting
environment.
- Strong organisational/process management skills
- Good MS Office skills, particularly proficiency in Excel
- Excellent communication skills esp. telephone manner
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to run briefing and training sessions
- Experience of dealing with senior managers
- Excellent verbal communication and written skills
- An ability to develop strong collaborative working relationships
Desirable
- Experience of large-scale recruitment assessment centres
