Recruitment Delivery Consultant

We are seeking a Recruitment Delivery Consultant to manage and execute exclusive search assignments across the GCC. Working closely with experienced consultants, you will focus solely on candidate sourcing, engagement, and placement, leaving the sales to us.

Whilst prior recruitment experience is preferred, it is not essential as we will provide all the training needed. More importantly, we’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced KPI driven environment, who is process driven and commercially aware.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct outreach, screening calls, and interviews
• Partner with consultants to understand client briefs and market expectations
• Research and identify high-calibre candidates across investment banking and legal sectors
• Build and maintain long-term candidate pipelines across key GCC markets
• Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the process
• Build deep market knowledge across the GCC region
