Recruitment Delivery Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Delivery Consultant to manage and execute exclusive search assignments across the GCC. Working closely with senior consultants, you will focus solely on candidate sourcing, engagement, and placement – we’ll take care of the sales, so you can focus on delivery.

Recruitment experience is essential, whether in an agency or in-house environment. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a , KPI-driven setting, is process-driven, commercially aware, and passionate about candidate experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct outreach, screening calls, and interviews
• Partner with consultants to understand client briefs and market expectations
• Research and identify high-calibre candidates across investment banking and legal sectors
• Build and maintain long-term candidate pipelines across key GCC markets
• Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience
• Build deep market knowledge across the GCC region
