Our Resource and Reward team delivers the full recruitment service for NCC Housing Services, helping managers find and hire great people into a wide range of frontline and office-based roles. About The Role
As a Recruitment Facilitator, youll help deliver a smooth and supportive recruitment process from start to finish. Youll be:
- Speaking with candidates, hiring managers, and colleagues every day
- Managing recruitment campaigns, arranging interviews, and carrying out pre-employment checks
- Learning how public sector recruitment works including safeguarding, compliance, and inclusive hiring
- Supporting innovation and improvement in how we attract and engage future talent
- Helping build tools, guides, and training materials to support hiring managers
Youll be trusted to manage your own workload and take ownership of campaigns, while also contributing to team projects and supporting your colleagues when needed.
This is a hybrid role, with around 80% of your time working from home and occasional days in our offices at Harvey Road (NG8) or Loxley House (NG1), so you'll need to live within a commutable distance.
