JP Morgan is seeking a Recruitment Partner to join their EMEA Corporate Recruitment team in London, offering you the chance to make a meaningful impact on talent acquisition across the region. You will be at the heart of a supportive network, working closely with hiring managers, HR partners, and senior leaders to deliver an exceptional candidate journey.



What you'll do:

• Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that align with organisational goals and support business objectives across multiple countries.
• Engage proactively with hiring managers, HR partners, and senior leaders to understand their unique hiring needs and priorities for various corporate functions.
• Foster open communication and co-operation among all stakeholders to ensure alignment on recruitment initiatives and drive successful outcomes.
• Identify and attract high-quality candidates through a variety of sourcing channels such as job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates for both current vacancies and future workforce planning.
• Leverage data analytics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment campaigns and make informed adjustments that enhance overall hiring success.
• Ensure every candidate receives clear, timely communication throughout the recruitment process to create a positive experience from application through onboarding.
• Share constructive feedback from hiring managers with candidates promptly while providing regular updates on application status to maintain transparency.
• Uphold best practices regarding data privacy regulations by safeguarding sensitive information throughout all stages of recruitment.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills that allow you to build rapport with candidates, hiring managers, HR partners, and other stakeholders across diverse backgrounds.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities that empower you to navigate intricate situations while remaining considerate of others' perspectives.
