What You’ll Be Doing

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with department heads to plan and deliver workforce needs.
• Craft and post creative, engaging job adverts using the latest tools and platforms.
• Maintain and manage our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), keeping candidate records accurate and up to date.
• Screen applications, conduct telephone interviews, and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Build and nurture a talent pool of high-quality, culturally aligned candidates.
• Support hiring managers during interviews and manage all HR documentation including contracts and offer letters.
• Deliver outstanding onboarding experiences — from bios to inductions.
• Maintain and administer people-related business systems, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Provide system support to staff and recruitment communications.
• Uphold our Business Management System (BMS) and ensure information security at all times.

What You’ll Bring

Essential:

• Minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths.
• Strong IT skills and a solid understanding of business systems.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with the confidence to engage across all levels of the business.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines.
• A mindset focused on continuous improvement and quality.
• Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.

Desirable:

• HR or Recruitment qualification or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in the technology sector.
