Associate Recruiter
Korn Ferry are seeking an Associate Recruiter to join our RPO Talent Acquisition team with one of our exciting Global Pharmaceutical clients.
The Role:
As our teams are growing, we will welcome on board those who are open to long – term cooperation and challenging sourcing activities among EMEA candidates!
In this role you will be working closely with both Recruiters & Senior Recruiters to ensure we bring the best talent into our client’s business.
Responsibilities:
- To attract top recruiting talent for specific career opportunities in the market, using numerous sourcing channels and methodologies
- Execute headhunting, direct talent sourcing and networking strategies
- Approach and screen candidates
- Create talent pools as well as pipelining.
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity of internal ATS systems regarding Candidates data
- Work closely with the Recruiter on a daily basis and support him/her in order to meet all KPI’s and SLA’s
- Suggest process improvements concerning all aspect of the recruitment – we are always looking for ideas how to be better!
Skills & Experience:
- Previous recruitment experience and knowledge of sourcing best practices
- Previous experience in sourcing within the Pharmaceuticals / Life Sciences industry
- Strong sourcing background with experience of using multiple sourcing channels
- Experience in the Pharmaceutical or Lifesciences industry would be an advantage but not essential
- Fluent in both oral and written English
- High level of attention to detail
- Skills in reporting and working on different recruitment systems
- Ability to work in fast – paced environment
