Associate Recruiter

Korn Ferry are seeking an Associate Recruiter to join our RPO Talent Acquisition team with one of our exciting Global Pharmaceutical clients.

The Role:

As our teams are growing, we will welcome on board those who are open to long – term cooperation and challenging sourcing activities among EMEA candidates!

In this role you will be working closely with both Recruiters & Senior Recruiters to ensure we bring the best talent into our client’s business.

Responsibilities:

• To attract top recruiting talent for specific career opportunities in the market, using numerous sourcing channels and methodologies
• Execute headhunting, direct talent sourcing and networking strategies
• Approach and screen candidates
• Create talent pools as well as pipelining.
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity of internal ATS systems regarding Candidates data
• Work closely with the Recruiter on a daily basis and support him/her in order to meet all KPI’s and SLA’s
• Suggest process improvements concerning all aspect of the recruitment – we are always looking for ideas how to be better!

Skills & Experience:

• Previous recruitment experience and knowledge of sourcing best practices
• Previous experience in sourcing within the Pharmaceuticals / Life Sciences industry
• Strong sourcing background with experience of using multiple sourcing channels
• Experience in the Pharmaceutical or Lifesciences industry would be an advantage but not essential
• Fluent in both oral and written English
• High level of attention to detail
• Skills in reporting and working on different recruitment systems
• Ability to work in fast – paced environment
