About The Role
In this role, you’ll be a hands-on Recruitment & Resourcing Manager joining our team at our Scunthorpe site – our largest site, with around 2,000 employees. It’s a fast-paced, complex environment that calls for someone who is proactive, resilient, and able to thrive under pressure, while driving end-to-end recruitment and sourcing strategies that deliver real results.
Key Responsibilities
This role will lead recruitment and resourcing across the business, with a focus on:
- Managing the full recruitment process, including workforce planning and benchmarking
- Proactively sourcing talent through a variety of channels
- Using data and analytics to inform and improve hiring strategies
- Liaising with an external team that handles MI – the data is available; we need someone who can interpret and act on it
- Exploring innovative recruitment solutions – job boards, job fairs, social media, and out-of-the-box ideas
- Supporting and occasionally covering for an in-house Recruitment Advisor
About You
We’re looking for an experienced and creative Recruitment & Resourcing Manager to join our team. This is a hands-on, strategic role with a strong focus on sourcing, data analysis, and full-cycle recruitment management.
Key Skills And Qualifications
- Strong inhouse or agency recruitment/resourcing background
- Excellent sourcing skills and creative thinking
- Comfortable with data and able to draw insights from reports and KPIs
- Someone who can build a strategic resourcing approach while still rolling up their sleeves
- Ideally has experience with ATS systems, social media recruitment, and modern sourcing tools
- Onsite presence is essential – this role requires visibility and active engagement with the wider team
