As a Senior Red Hat Developer, you'll leverage your extensive technical expertise and leadership skills to drive innovation and excellence within our organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex Red Hat OpenShift-based solutions
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define system architecture and ensure seamless integration with Red Hat OpenShift-based solutions
• Stay current with emerging Red Hat OpenShift trends, tools, and best practices
• Contribute to the development of Red Hat OpenShift strategies and roadmaps

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Extensive experience in Red Hat OpenShift for support and maintenance of all environments
• Masterful proficiency in software architecture and API/Microservices-based architecture implementation
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality Red Hat OpenShift solutions in a professional setting
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
