As a Referrer Relationship Executive, you’ll play a crucial role in developing new and strengthening existing relationships with referrers to drive business growth.
Reporting to the Referrer Relationships Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and expanding our network of healthcare professionals and organisations who refer into our services.
The key objective of your role will be to make referrers aware of our services at Oryon, understanding what their needs are and how we can deliver on their needs. You will do this through maintaining regular, meaningful contact with referrers through phone calls, video calls, and face-to-face meetings. You will be responsible for establishing initial contact in collaboration with Marketing, building relationships and continuing to nurture those relationships through proactively checking in with your client group, gathering feedback, and identifying new opportunities to support their practices—ensuring that Oryon remains front of mind and consistently delivers value to both clinicians and their patients. Your ability to build rapport, listen actively, and follow up diligently will be central to nurturing long-term, productive relationships.
