Job Summary

We are currently seeking to recruit a Regional Sales Excellence Coach at Audi to cover the South Region of the UK.

Are you passionate about people, performance, and premium automotive experiences? If so, an exciting opportunity has opened up to become a key player within the Regional Sales Excellence Team, delivering dynamic coaching and development in Audi Centres and other selected Calex UK partners across the country.

This is more than just a training role — it's about inspiring sales professionals, accelerating performance, and shaping the future of automotive retail.


Key Responsibilities

You’ll play a hands-on role in elevating the customer experience and sales performance by delivering:

  • New & Used Vehicle Sales Process Coaching – Turn best practices into daily habits
  • ‘Make the Switch’ EV Coaching – Empower teams to lead the charge in electric mobility
  • New Starter Onboarding – Set the tone for success from day one
  • Bespoke Coaching Solutions – Tailored sessions to address unique centre needs
  • Group Training Workshops – Energise teams and boost collaboration
  • 1:2:1 Development – Use our cutting-edge ‘Open Shop’ platform to create measurable impact
  • Management Training – Shape the leaders of tomorrow with targeted development


As the programme grows, you will also facilitate;

  • Telephone Skills Training
  • Virtual Classroom Delivery
  • Train-the-Trainer Coaching

Additionally you may also be required to support Aftersales Process Coaching in support of other programmes – helping to build a seamless, end-to-end customer experience.

  • Proven experience in coaching or training roles, ideally within the automotive sector
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for developing others and seeing results
  • The ability to engage audiences, whether one-on-one, in groups, or virtually
  • A proactive, professional, and flexible approach to work and travel

Salary & Benefits: Circa £45,000 dependant on experience, Company Car, 25 Days Annual Leave, Calex Employee Benefits Packages (Inc Private GP and Healthcare Services, High Street Discounts, Discounted Gym Memberships and on Demand 24 Hour Wellbeing Service (Counselling and Advice), Life Assurance, Pension, optional private Healthcare cover.

Contract: Permanent / Full Time

Working Hours: Monday to Friday / 40 hours per week

Place of Work: Field Based. There will be regular travel required due to the nature of the role which is mostly regional to your location but nationwide travel will be required on occasion, so there will be a requirement for overnight stays.

Pre-employment Checks: Calex will undertake the relevant/standard employment checks with any successful candidate. This includes contacting all nominated referees, as well as checking candidate ID, driving licence (if appropriate) and right to work in the UK. Some roles may also be subject to further pre-employment checks (confirmation will be provided through the recruitment process). The nature of this role may necessitate that we undertake a DBS check.
