Regional Business Development Manager

Join DOF Subsea as our Regional Business Development Manager!

As our Regional Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving growth and positioning DOF Subsea for future opportunities. You will lead the regional business development function from market development through bid/no-bid and execute sales plans aligned with service line and business strategies.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Regional Business Development Manager who is strategic and analytical, able to see the bigger picture, understand market dynamics, and identify trends and opportunities. The ideal candidate is relationship- and client-focused, capable of building and maintaining strong client relationships across the region while ensuring effective sales coverage across key areas and service

Some of your main responsibilities in this role include:

• Managing the regional sales team to ensure effective client engagement, lead generation, and opportunity qualification
• Conducting market analysis to identify trends, client needs, and strategic growth areas
• Ensuring clear sales funnel reporting and effective handover of qualified opportunities to the Tendering Team
• Collaborating closely with the Regional Tendering Manager to ensure a seamless transition from sales to tender

Requirements

• University degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
• Extensive experience in business development or sales in the offshore/subsea sector
• Strong commercial acumen and client relationship skills
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)

This role reports to VP Projects & Operations
