Due to business growth we are now seeking a northern based Contracts Manager.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Contracts Manager, based in the northern geographical area of the UK. The Contracts Manager will oversee the coordination and management of contracts for various construction projects. Day-to-day tasks include liaising with clients and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, coordinating plant, labour and materials and overseeing project timelines and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Experience in site management, contract management, and compliance
• Strong project management skills, including people and timeline management
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Knowledge of construction processes and regulatory standards
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a hybrid work environment
• Experience in sprayed concrete an advantage, applications from professionals with strong skills in the concrete market would be welcomed
