JOB TITLE: Regional Development Consultant, Audi
SALARY: From £48,109 pa dependent on skills & experience
LOCATION: Field Based - covering the Midlands, North & North-West Regions
HYBRID WORKING: Our current hybrid working policy requires 20% of working time to be based in the Milton Keynes office however flexibility is expected to meet the needs of the business and the role.
HOURS / CONTRACT TYPE: Fixed Term Contract until 30th June 2026

At VWFS UK, we are seeking a Regional Development Consultant to drive customer loyalty, sales volumes, and profitability across Finance, Insurance, and Aftersales specifically covering Audi. You will work closely with Retailers and Third-Party Introducers to deliver excellent customer outcomes. A key part of this role is developing and implementing regional strategies to promote effective sales practices aligned with our wider Sales Strategy.
Please note that this role is field-based and covers the Midlands, North and North-West regions.

Bonus: Discretionary 10% on-target bonus (based on personal and Group company performance)
