Overall purpose of the role
The Regional Manager is accountable for acquiring and managing introducers within an assigned region, focusing exclusively on Blue’s defined target market. You will onboard new dealer partners using our compelling commission package (subject to change), designed to drive value for both Blue and our introducers. In addition to acquisition, you’ll manage introducer performance, focusing on maintaining a sustainable weighted average commission, addressing any clawbacks or other forms of debt promptly whilst delivering consistent volume and quality case flow.
