Regional Facilities Manager

We are looking for a Regional Facilities Manager to join our supportive and forward-thinking Investment & Property Management team who manage a diverse portfolio of commercial properties for prestigious clients including colleges, institutions, and family trusts.

Our mission is to enhance the value and performance of these assets by integrating real estate into broader investment strategies.

As Regional Facilities Manager, you’ll play a key role in maintaining high standards across our portfolio ensuring properties are compliant, well-maintained and operating efficiently – primarily in Oxford, with regular travel to other sites.

This is a hands-on role for someone proactive and experienced, with a full UK driving licence and ideally an IOSH or NEBOSH qualification.

The hours for this role are Monday-Thursday 9:00am-5:30pm, Friday 9:00am-5:00pm with 1 hour for lunch towards the middle of the day – a total of 37 hours per week.

What you’ll be doing:

Property & Facilities Management

• Carry out regular property inspections and ensure timely reporting and resolution of issues.
• Provide best in class service to our occupiers across multiple properties.
• Oversee service charge budgets and reconciliations.
• Manage contractors and utility providers in line with procurement policies.
• Raise purchase orders and process invoices in accordance with company procedures.

Health & Safety Compliance

• Monitor and review H&S activities using RiskWise.
• Ensure full statutory compliance across all sites.
• Promote safe working practices and maintain high H&S standards.

Systems & Reporting

• Use Elogbooks to manage contractors and track maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records for facilities, compliance, and financial activities.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

• Build strong relationships with internal teams, contractors, and clients.
• Communicate effectively on facilities issues and updates.
• Support the Associate and wider team in delivering excellent service across the portfolio.

About You:

Essential

• Proven experience in facilities management across multiple sites.
• Strong understanding of health and safety compliance.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facilities management systems.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly.

Desired

• IOSH or NEBOSH qualification.
• Experience with Elogbooks and RiskWise.
• Background in commercial property management.
• Experience in service charge budgeting and contractor procurement.
