The Role:
We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Regional Field Coach to support, develop, and drive performance across our Field Sales team. You’ll act as a regional mentor and hands-on sales coach, ensuring high standards of performance, consistent onboarding, and ongoing training across your territory.
This is a key role in developing our people and enabling consistent commercial success in the field.
