Regional Human Resources Business Partner

The One Group are proud to be working with a professional services business going through high growth, with plans of rapid expansion and at the forefront of this plan is the development of their HR agenda they now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, forward thinking Regional HR Business Partner to join their HR function.

You will be an integral part of the companies HR agenda, with the backing of a strong, supportive HR Team you will have opportunity to influence and develop transformation.

What this role will involve?

• You will be essential in the development of HR offering during period of acquisition and internal growth.
• Lead HR integration and development across multiple sites, across the north of England (Preston, Hull, Burnley, Halifax) from the implementation of new HR systems to streamlining of HR processes.
• Support acquisition integration via TUPE, baseline HR audits, and effective change management.
• You will be an integral person for the leadership team across your region representing the people offering.
• Lead ER cases, organisational design, restructuring and employee engagement strategies.
• Drive performance management, coaching and development
• Deliver onboarding, talent development, and competency frameworks aligned to growth.
• Use HR metrics and data insights to monitor impact and guide decisions.

Who we are looking for?

• Proven experience in HRBP or equivalent position.
• Exposure to acquisition-related integration, TUPE, ER/resolution, and change leadership.
• Experience with rollout of HR systems, performance frameworks, and policies.
• Strong UK employment law knowledge, and ability to advise at senior levels.
• You will be Level 5 CIPD qualified or above.
• A commercially minded HR professional, who is highly people centric and have the confidence to guide and develop.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary: £55,000 - £65,000
• 25 days’ holiday + bank holidays.
