Job Description
For the Consumer Vertical we are looking for a visionary and commercially Regional Key Account Manager & End-to-End Solutions to lead a group-wide effort to maximize customer value and revenue growth. This role will serve as the key integrator between DP World’s business units, unlocking synergies, designing holistic supply chain solutions, and driving cross-selling initiatives for strategic and Key accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Account Management: Act as the front-line representative for DP World, managing daily customer interactions and fostering strong relationships within the Consumer Vertical.
- Quotation & Commercial Support: Assist in preparing pricing, cost estimates, proposals, and all commercial documentation required for quotation responses.
- Profitability & Pricing Analysis: Conduct regular analysis of pricing, costs, and profitability across global customer sites using the pricing file.
- Data Analysis & Consistency Checks: Analyze detailed datasets and perform comparative reviews of part numbers to ensure pricing consistency and accuracy.
- Implementation & Communication: Communicate pricing changes and scope updates to relevant teams and ensure timely implementation.
- Forecasting & Performance Tracking: Forecast and monitor key account metrics, providing clear updates on monthly, quarterly, and annual initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Business Review Preparation: Prepare and present commercial topics for weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
- Contractual KPI Monitoring: Track and report on key contractual KPIs regularly to ensure compliance and performance transparency.
Your Profile
- Technical or commercial related credentials from a University/College or work-related equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated experience in Account Management, including the use of pricing templates, cost databases, and other supporting tools.
- A good understanding of production and logistics processes and their costs.
- Fluent communication in English and local language is a MUST. (Italian, Spanish, French as applicable). Fluency of more than one language other than English & local is a PLUS.
- Ability to empathize and understand client viewpoint (read what is on his mind) and requirements and act as their champion within DP Worlds internal organization
- Ability to interpret data and derive solid conclusions from analysis.
- Ability to create structure and organization within a fast-moving environment.
- At least 10 years in a similar role with an excellent address book of contacts with customers in the industry.
- Excellent knowledge of logistics, 2 and 3 PL, multimodal, customs brokerage, Air& Ocean related to the Consumer sector covering solutioning across alcohol and not alcohol beverages.
