About The Job
Due to continued growth and investment in our operations, we are looking for a UK Regional Manager based from our Manchester Office to lead our delivery of controlled environments to customers in the Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences and Advanced Manufacturing sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of the region, continuing the growth and development of its volume, profitability, people, and customers.
Responsibilities
- Achieve the primary objectives of safety, profitability, people and cash management as set out in the Business Plan to achieve shareholder value.
- Reporting monthly against the annual budget.
- To manage the regions overhead costs.
- Ensure the region delivers exceptional value to our customers.
- Implement organisational structures to deliver the business goals.
- Participate in the preparation of an HR Plan for the business encompassing recruitment, retention, and promotion plans.
- To manage risk in line with Group Policy.
- To ensure the Company’ Policies, Systems and procedures are fully implemented.
- Carry out and implement Performance Reviews in line with Group Policy.
- Review brand performance with customers and supply chain.
- Agree Customer Business Plans with Group Operations Director and orders target for projects with Group Operations and Group Business Director.
Experience
- Construction related degree
- Proven track record in the delivery of Controlled environments
- Knowledge of Constructions and Procurement method
- Strategic Planning and implementation
- Risk management and business planning skills
