We are seeking a Regional Survey Manager to lead our operations across East Anglia, Cambridgeshire and Essex, ensuring the continued delivery of excellence in land, building and underground utility surveys.

The Role
As Regional Survey Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and developing our survey teams within the East Anglia region. You will oversee enquiries right through to project delivery, ensure quality standards are consistently met, and support business growth within the region.
Key Responsibilities:
· Leading and mentoring a team of skilled surveyors.
· Managing multiple survey projects from inception to completion.
· Ensuring all work meets technical standards, deadlines and client expectations.
· Driving operational efficiency and promoting best practice.
· Supporting business development opportunities in the region.
· Acting as the key regional point of contact for clients and MK Surveys employees.
What We’re Looking For:
· Extensive knowledge of land, measured building and underground utility surveys.
· Strong project management and leadership skills.
· Excellent communication and client relationship abilities.
· A proactive, solution-focused approach with a commitment to quality and dedicated service.
· Proven managerial experience within the survey industry would be advantageous.
· Relevant industry qualifications (e.g. Degree/HND in Surveying, membership of professional bodies such as RICS, CICES would be advantageous).
