The opportunity
As Regional Manager, you will play a pivotal role within our Advisory function, ensuring our Financial Planners are supported, developed, and empowered to deliver exceptional client experiences. Acting as the first point of contact for guidance, you will provide effective, visible leadership across your region, setting clear expectations and driving consistent, high‑quality outcomes.
You will be accountable for managing regional performance, monitoring key KPIs such as revenue, productivity, client acquisition and profitability, and ensuring planners are set up to succeed through effective development planning, coaching and oversight. You will support the creation and delivery of regional strategies while helping shape a collaborative, high‑performing culture that supports the advancement of sustainable commercial growth.

Location
This role is regionally focused, with regular travel expected across our offices in Scotland. We enable home and office working, allowing you to balance your personal responsibilities/interests and connecting with your colleagues.
