Regional Manager

We’re looking for a commercially-driven Regional Manager to lead multiple Costa Coffee stores in the Company's franchise. Your mission: maximise profitability, drive sales growth, and develop high-performing Store Managers while ensuring outstanding customer experience and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach Store Managers to maximise sales, gross profit, and overall profitability
• Manage regional P&L, budgets, and cost control, ensuring strong financial performance across all stores
• Analyse performance data to identify opportunities to grow profit and improve operational efficiency
• Implement best practice routines that increase revenue, reduce costs, and optimise labour
• Ensure compliance with Costa Check, H&S, Food Safety, and legal standards
• Support New Store Openings, relocations, and refurbishments, with a focus on commercial impact
• Conduct structured business reviews and action plans to continuously find opportunities to grow profit
• Be a visible leader in stores, motivating teams to deliver results while maintaining high standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in regional / multi-site leadership within hospitality, QSR or branded operation
• Proven track record of improving P&Ls, maximising profitability, and driving sales growth
• Strong coaching and leadership skills to develop Store Managers and drive KPI improvements
• Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to influence and challenge teams to deliver consistent financial and operational results
• High emotional intelligence with a professional approach to performance management

• Flexible and willing to travel regularly, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
