Vertu Accident Repair – North
Vertu Accident Repair are recruiting! We have a unique position available for a Regional Manager to join us to support our teams in the North of England.
As our Accident Repair Regional Manager, you will be critical in supporting the Vertu Accident Repair operation and the Repair Centres to reach their objectives and targets.
We are offering a Competitive Basic Salary plus an OTE up to £60,000 and a Company Car.
Within this role you will be supporting 8 Accident Repair Sites – Sunderland, Teesside, York, Harrogate, Huddersfield, Leeds, Mansfield and Nottingham, with this in mind we are flexible on the location of the successful candidate. You will have responsibility for overseeing the smooth operation and ensuring the Accident Repair sites are achieving target and the group vision. You will be responsible to lead, develop and motivate your team in order to retain colleagues, encourage continuous improvement and promote enhanced performance in colleagues. The ultimate aim is to achieve an outstanding customer experience to both dealerships and retail customers.
Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to regularly travel across your region.

- Experience within the Accident Repair Sector / Bodyshop
- Experience and knowledge of Financial and Management Accounts
- Competent in IT Literacy including all Microsoft packages
- A full UK driving licence
- Competent in IT Literacy including all Microsoft packages
- Interpersonal & Communication Skills
