Principle Accountabilities
- Provide administrative support for Market Executional Planning (MEP), including advising on approach and content, and ensuring consumer-focused plans align with Business Plan targets.
- Assist with P&L delivery in line with NGP strategy, supporting performance management through risk and opportunity tracking and mitigation actions.
- Act as the key liaison for Market NGP Heads, Category teams, Business Partners and Functional Leads, consolidating cluster-level information for regional reporting and decision-making.
- Support the development and implementation of the Global Activation Toolkit and EU NGP Go-To-Market strategy, enabling repeatable Brand and Customer Experience strategies across markets.
- Collaborate on portfolio and brand strategy, share best practices across EU markets, and assess new business cases for feasibility and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Contribute to strategic, analytical and operational projects, representing clusters in group forums and supporting initiatives that drive revenue, profit and productivity.
Skills and Experience Required
- Proven experience in Brand and Activation roles within a global FMCG organisation.
- Skilled in leading brand campaigns, portfolio management, and innovation development, alongside delivering impactful market activations.
- Adept at operating in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and collaborating effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Strong influencing and stakeholder management capabilities within complex matrix structures.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently and balance multiple priorities to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Track record of driving strategic initiatives that enhance brand performance and market presence.
