We're looking for
Three Regional Operations Managers to join our
PFI Contracts team covering three key areas -
South and South West, London North and East Anglia.
Location: 1 x South and South West, 1 x London North and 1 x East Anglia – Hybrid working available, with travel to the office and sites weekly as required
Hours: 40 hours per week – some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us
What will you be responsible for?
As a
Regional Operations Manager, you'll be working within the
PFI Contracts team, supporting them in delivering high-quality facilities management services across multiple sites.
Your Day To Day Will Include
- Leading the delivery of Hard and Soft FM services across the PFI portfolio to meet KPIs and SLAs
- Ensuring compliance with legal, health and safety, and contractual obligations
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships with public sector partners
- Driving performance improvement and implementing best practices
- Managing budgets, financial performance, and risk mitigation plans
What are we looking for?
This role of
Regional Operations Manager is great for you if:
- You have a proven track record in delivering complex maintenance and repair services within major contracts
- You're a strong, emotionally intelligent leader with experience managing diverse teams and complex employee relations
- You have in-depth knowledge of PFI/PPP contracts, particularly in Health, Education, and Local Authority environments
