What You’ll Do
Covering locations across London, Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire, and West Sussex, all within easy reach of the M3 corridor. Travel is a key part of this role – flexibility and a full UK driving licence are essential.

What You’ll Do
- Step in as Head Chef at various sites when needed – providing stability, leadership, and high-quality food.
- Support new openings, staff transitions, and seasonal peaks.
- Train and mentor on-site kitchen teams, ensuring consistent standards and compliance.
- Drive kitchen performance, hygiene, and cost control across multiple venues.
- Be the go-to culinary expert and ambassador for quality within your region.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Kitchen Manager, ideally across multiple sites or in relief/contract catering roles.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
- Passion for fresh, seasonal food and delivering exceptional service.
- High standards of cleanliness, food safety, and cost management.
- A self-starter who’s calm under pressure and thrives on variety.
