This role involves generating sales growth in your designated region (UK & Ireland) and markets, developing strong customer relationships, and promoting our equipment and (line) solutions.

Our organization is located in Newcastle-under-Lyme.

What we are looking for:

An enthusiastic result driven leader with a proven track record in Sales in the Mining & Mineral or Environmental industry and ready for the next step in your career. You are involved in and responsible for:

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Visiting potential customers and maintaining excellent relationships with existing customers and prospects.
• Providing advice to customers in collaboration with the executing departments on technical solutions.
• Identifying desired product/solution developments by the customers and discussing them with the Capital Sales Director.
• Launching new products/solutions in the assigned region in consultation with the Capital Sales Director and Product Manager(s).
• Proposing product improvements and ideas for new product development.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant Sales experience in selling capital equipment.
• Understanding of technical processes, industry jargon, and competition.
• Proficiency in various software programs such as CRM, MS Office.
• Excellent command of English language in both written and verbal communication
• Willingness to travel within the UK and Ireland.
• Experience in working in a global team
