Are you an experienced, nurse-qualified Regional Support Manager with a strong background in managing care homes and ensuring CQC compliance? If so, this is a fantastic opportunity to step into a pivotal role with a leading elderly care provider.

As a Regional Support Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing operations across multiple care homes, driving excellence in care quality, and providing leadership to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents.

Regional Support Manager Requirements

To excel in this role, you’ll need:

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

Active Nurse qualification (NMC PIN required).
Proven experience in elderly care, particularly dementia care.
Strong operational management skills within a care home setting.
Deep knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance.
