What happens next?

Once you’ve completed the application form and uploaded your CV, you’ll be added to our Armed Forces Pathway Talent Pool. When a specific Armed Forces Pathway position becomes available, we’ll notify you via email.

Please don’t worry if your application status shows as “Application Declined” — this simply means your application has been successfully moved into the Talent Pool.

This decision is as a consequence of the changes made to the Skilled Worker route by the UK Government in April 2024.
