The Intermediate Care Team are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic band 5 nurse to join our friendly team of nurses and therapists in providing high quality care for patients undergoing a period of rehabilitation. Experience not essential as full training and support will be provided.
- To support senior and to supervise junior staff in the provision of competent, sensitive and safe nursing care within the Community Bedded Units or in completing prevent admissions.
- Take responsibility for running of the department during a shift in the absence of more senior staff
- Take responsibility for assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care for a group of patients
