We're working with a leading consultancy partner who is seeking a Regulatory Obligations Management SME to support a high-profile utilities client through a critical period of regulatory delivery.

🔍 Key Focus Areas:

• Lead and improve execution plans aligned with regulatory cycles and performance commitments
• Ensure full integration of budget, performance targets (PCLs/PCDs), and regulatory obligations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, ops, programme leads) to strengthen plan maturity
• Bring deep knowledge of Ofwat’s Asset Management Periods (AMPs) and the UK water sector regulatory framework
• Produce clear reporting on performance, risks, and strategic alignment

📍 Location: Fully remote, with occasional travel to Cardiff if required

📅 Duration: Until end of 2025
