Role Overview 

FinregE is a game changing AI driven regulatory technology solution provider serving financial services across the spectrum for driving efficiencies and automation in managing compliance with regulations and laws. We provide the most cutting-edge and market first solutions that apply machine learning and natural language processing on legal and regulatory text. We’re looking for a regulatory expert who can lead with insight, deliver with precision, and turn complex rules into usable, scalable solutions. 

This role sits at the intersection of compliance, client delivery, and smart technology. You’ll work directly with global financial institutions to help them implement FinregE’s AI-native platform—driving major change in how they interpret, apply, and stay ahead of regulation. 

You should bring deep expertise in financial regulation and a proven record of leading compliance or risk-related projects across banks, insurers, or large-cap firms. You’re someone who thrives on navigating complexity, collaborating across teams, and delivering outcomes—not just advice. 

This isn’t just about oversight. It’s about execution, ownership, and strategic input—from implementation and requirements analysis to long-term client support and solution evolution. 

Key Responsibilities: 

You’ll be the regulatory brain powering some of our biggest AI-enabled client projects—working at the intersection of software delivery, compliance advisory, and product evolution. 

• Lead regulatory implementations for large-cap financial institutions using FinregE’s AI-native platform 
• Translate complex rules into smart requirements—partnering with clients, product managers, and engineers to ensure regulatory intent is built into every feature 
• Spot and shape product opportunities based on frontline experience with clients—your insights will directly guide roadmap priorities 
• Run workshops, deep-dives and strategic discussions with global compliance leaders, risk teams and operations 
• Be a client champion—stay close to their evolving needs, ensure platform adoption, and act as their trusted compliance technologist 
• Bridge global regulations and practical use cases—across banking, insurance, asset management and fintech 

Qualifications: 

We’re looking for someone who understands the detail of regulation and challenges in regulatory compliance —but knows how to cut through it. 

• 5+ years in regulatory compliance, risk management, professional services or RegTech consulting 
• Deep working knowledge of global financial rules—especially in UK, EU or US markets 
• Strong experience leading or advising on software-led compliance projects (bonus if it involved AI or automation) 
• Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and run client-facing workstreams 
• Familiarity with regulatory themes across prudential risk, conduct, ESG, or operational resilience 
• Strategic mindset with hands-on bias—you can both shape direction and get the work done 
• Bonus: experience with tech-enabled compliance tools, regulatory data models, or digital rulebook frameworks
