The Role
We’re looking for a Regulatory Governance Executive to support how RICS delivers trusted, effective regulation across the built and natural environments.
In this varied and people focused role, you’ll work closely with the Standards and Regulation Board (SRB) - the independent body that oversees RICS’ regulatory, standards and education functions in the public interest.
You’ll provide high quality governance and administrative support that enables confident decision-making, smooth operations and meaningful regulatory outcomes. No two days are the same: from coordinating meetings and supporting international events, to preparing governance materials and working with senior stakeholders across the globe.
You’ll also contribute to continuous improvement, including exploring how digital tools and AI can enhance governance, efficiency and ways of working.
This is a hybrid role under RICS’ Dynamic Working Policy, with 60% of time based in the office (London or Birmingham). Occasional international travel may be required.

You’re calm, organised and practical, with a genuine enjoyment of supporting others and keeping processes running smoothly. You’re comfortable working with senior stakeholders, able to stay focused when things get busy, and proactive about solving problems.
You’re also curious about technology and open to new ways of working — particularly how digital tools can make governance more effective and efficient.
